Good day all,
I have been facing serious issues with my phone, it suddenly restarts every time and even after I had already changed the battery, if it's not plugged, it would definitely go off. The battery will be 100% full yet it would go off once I remove the charger.

For that cause, I had to format my phone not knowing that I'd lost my email accounts as well. Although, I tried to do backup before format and reset because chatgpt suggested that.

Right now, I do not have access to my Gmail which is linked to my tiktok account of almost 10k followers. I have the email but the password is what I can't remember and Gmail keeps asking, I have tried everything still doesn't work out.

Please, if there's a way you can be of help please help. I'll be in touch.

Yes, I have the number... The problem is that, the same number is used for my first account and it's that account it logs in not the one I'm trying to access
