Hello Nairalanders,

I came across an opportunity that I thought would be worth sharing with people interested in landed property and agricultural investments.

Agri-Wealth Farms is offering ownership/investment in an oil palm plantation located along the Orile Ilugun–Abeokuta/Ibadan Expressway axis in Ogun State.

According to the information provided:

🌴 Oil Palm Plantation
📍 Location: Orile Ilugun, Abeokuta–Ibadan Expressway, Odeda LGA, Ogun State
💰 Promo Price: ₦3,500,000 per acre
🌱 Plantation package: 60 oil palm trees per acre
💵 Initial deposit: ₦1,000,000

The idea is to own agricultural property while the plantation is developed and managed for palm production.

For anyone who has been considering farmland ownership in Ogun State, this may be something worth looking into.

However, before putting money into any agricultural/property investment, I believe it is important to properly verify the land title, ownership, survey plan, company registration, agreement, location, farm management arrangement, expected returns and exit terms.

Has anyone here heard of Agri-Wealth Farms or invested in oil palm plantations before?

I would really appreciate honest opinions, especially from people with experience in farmland investment or property investment in Ogun State.
