A real estate company is seeking to employ qualify candidates for the role of sales and marketing.

Qualification: OND/HND

Remuneration:
• Monthly take-home salary: ₦100,000 per employee.
• Sales commission: ₦150,000 per completed sale credited to the employee.
• For employee commission purposes, a sale is considered completed once WhiteBronze receives its commission on the transaction. The employee’s ₦150,000 commission will be disbursed immediately upon that receipt.

Key responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify property leads.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
• Coordinate and attend property inspections.
• Market property listings and meet agreed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in HubSpot CRM.

Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills, preferably with relevant real estate sales experience. They must be able to commute reliably to our office.

Job Title: Sales Relationship Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary (Negotiable) + Sales Commission

The Sales Relationship Officer will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong client relationships, engaging Financial Institutions for this Trucks Asset financing through their Banks/ financial Companies for their Interested Customers

Minimum of 2 years and above experience in Sales /Relationship Management.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
