JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare high-quality bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products while maintaining excellent taste, texture, and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
* Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
* Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and product quality.
* Operate and maintain baking equipment safely.
* Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness.
* Manage ingredients, minimize wastage, and meet production targets.

REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience as a Baker.
* Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
* Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
* Good attention to detail and time management skills.
