How were your last three?

Here's one question worth pondering as you look ahead to 2026:

'If my last three years kept repeating, what would my future look like in 20 years?'

This isn't about hopes or ideal scenarios. It’s about direction.

If your habits, priorities, and systems stay exactly as they are, where are they actually taking you?

This question works because it cuts through self-justification. Many people tell themselves they'll change 'later'. That they'll get around to being more organised, more focused, and take things seriously.

But 'later' has a habit of drifting further away.

Your current behaviour is already shaping what comes next.

So, ask yourself this: if the last three years were to repeat, again and again, what would happen to your health, your finances, your relationships, and your time?

Would you be excited with the trajectory of your future in all these areas?

If not, then identify one thing that needs adjusting, and bring it forward.

Not someday.

Close enough that it actually happens.
