JOB TITLE: COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years’ working experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual in our company with verst experience in construction cost management, procurement, contract administration, estimating, planning, negotiating and project budgeting.

Roles / Responsibilities:
* Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
* Tender Reporting and analysis
* Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
* Manage contractual documents and negotiations.
* Monitor project progress and ensure cost control.
* Collaborate with stakeholders/clients to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualification and Experience
* BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics or related field
* Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Cost Estimation Software, MS Office Suite and MS Project.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
