Translation (Sahih International):

I'm only pointing out why there is failure in government function of checks and balance. I'm saying the government functionaries who indeed it's their responsibility to do the checks and balance are either swimming in bribes or have a lot of skeletons themselves in their cupboard and so are afraid to go hard on the checks and balance function to avoid exposure.

They do it openly but years of brainwashing vis imperialism and colonization does not make many see it. They have been mentally conquered to not see it.

Many still don’t know the meaning of “Democracy” or “National Security” in western terms.

When US mentions “democracy”, it means you not giving them what they want and ready to take by force. You standing for something that does not benefit them.

“National security” is just a term used to annex or take all of your landmass.
