Truths9ja: Rivers Speaker: We’ll resign if Fubara is not impeached by PM News Martins Amaewhule, Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, has warned that lawmakers are ready to resign if Governor Siminalayi Fubara is not removed from office, describing the governor as a threat to democracy. Amaewhule made the statement on Thursday, insisting that the problem in Rivers State is not between FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and Governor Fubara, but between the governor and the constitution itself. Addressing the Assembly in a fiery speech, the Speaker said it would be better for lawmakers to step down than allow Fubara to defraud the people of Rivers State. His remarks come shortly after the Rivers State House of Assembly formally commenced impeachment proceedings against Governor Fubara and his deputy, Ngozi Oduh, following allegations of gross constitutional violations. The process was initiated on Thursday during a plenary session, with 26 lawmakers endorsing the impeachment notice. get ready to resign...fubara is not going anywhere... |

kingbee90: Don't put the blame on "Life". Blame Balablu who has scattered our economy with hyper inflation due to his wuru-wuru economic policies that makes you get less value of the labour (work) you put in.
In an excellent economy, you wouldn't rant like this. it's not matter of economy or money....try to understand the message he's passing....after the money what next....so, to me nothing special about life...we're just hating and ranting for nothing...we have to understand the reality of life...impact people's life if you can...show love if you can |

Travel › Re: How Do I Migrate To St. Lucia As A Nigerian? Study Or Work Visa? by 8starmember: 3:54pm On Jan 02 |
pendragon35: Been in a Cameroon for over 5yrs now and somehow my business has not been moving fine. Have thought of different countries to move into that would easily help me move to US or Canada due to immigration rigidness and St. Lucia is the only one their visa is easy to move in.
Aside from that, I love Caribbean countries and their Visa protocols seems not to be that complex judging form the comments here. But I'm yet to get any concrete information from any Nigerian resident in that country.
Pls does anyone have any solid information on how to move into such country preferably through studies or work Visa. Tourist Visa is out for he equation. I don't want to be running helter skelter in a foreign land but where I can perch, finish my education and find my footing. Of course no intentions to come back.
Pls I need a legit information about how to start with the little savings I have got before I would get struck in Cameroon.
Thanks and looking forward to your good suggestions. You mean no intentions to be coming back to your beautiful country...know that no place like home...you better come and support tinubu government 2027 |
