I was deployed to a company in Port Harcourt. I am starting to wonder if this was a mistake. This coming thursday makes it two weeks here, and I have done NOTHING. Just wasting money to come and sit in the office all day doing NOTHING. Is it possible to be redeployed somewhere else?

DexterousHr in port Harcourt is the company organising the assessment, though there is no mention of interview in the email i just want to be prepared.

@ennyj01 For graduate engineer roles it's just Numerical, Verbal and Abstract right?

You are to fill the survey form for all the roles you applied to and got invite for. The main thing is for you to take 1 test at the end of the day.

Except you want to make friends I prefer virtual, and again it depends on the distance of the center from your residence, virtual is better. I still have insightful materials.

Please can you expatiate, when you say competency based do you mean technical questions or scenario, please can you give examples? Thank You🙏

There is nothing to share as there is a very high chance that those who got the mail are not active on Nairaland (I am coming from the Graduate Engineering angle).

Looking at the number who made it to the first level interview stage, the number was shy of 20 and about 40% or less has gotten invite so far for the second interview (Graduate Engineer position).

The first interview was the purely competency based interview (CBI) with a mix of questions about the organisation. The duration for the first interview was 1 hour and for the second interview it was 30 mins.

That is just basically all. So you can see there is little or nothing to share ba?
