Please, how can I differentiate btw original phone and refurbished phone especially HTC, thanks

Hmmm.... Something you could try that could give you a bit more info is if the phone purports to come in all it's original retail packaging you could try using a barcode scanner app to scan the barcode on the packaging- if it's the original evrything should match but if it doesn't there could be legitimate reasons as to why. I know Androids and Iphones have these apps, never tried on a BB though.
