Dude your best bet is to go with Java, it doesn't seem that .NET will ever catch up to Java on the mobile scene. C++ still has a fighting chance, but that's just in the smart phone/symbian market. U could also look into FlashLIte though (A version fo flash for mobile phones)

Sure, Java is d way to go. Over 80% of phones are java enabled (as at 2002). Now nko? Probably a much higher percentage.

.Net? Except phones with Microsoft CE as OS.

Just learn Java and maybe some WAP programming. And do it quick!!!
