To the best of my knowledge, no organisation can force its staff to close by 9.pm, especially global professional service firms like Deloitte or PWC. I also know that 5pm remains the closing time for all the BIG 4 firms in Nigeria. Having worked in two of the BIG 4, i know how tasking it is to be a consultant. I also know that your closing time as an individual depends on how efficient and effective you are on the job i.e how effective you are in churning out your deliverables.

So young man, please improve on your competency level, so that you can always close early. Cheers.
