My younger sister has refused to listen to reason. She was told by a friend who schooled abroad that she can get admitted into Belarus State University without visa. She only has to forward her passport and education certificate and admission will be issued to her. She will then pay 2400 dollars for a year as the school fees. My suspicion is based on the no visa-needed theory. Is this real or an attempt to scam her.
