Hi guys, please i have an HITV decoder which has been idle for over a year now (as HITV has been out of service). Can the decoder be converted to capture free to air stations in ilorin, kwara state. |

Lcf and rdv just went off air......please are there any new fta stations that have been added on 36E eutelsat W4/W7.....for hitv |
