I recently activated a glo 3g account and subscribed for 24hr service but could not browse through and couldnt reach customer service as well since. Eventually lost N500 to them.
Possible reason I guess was because of settings. Since you are already using a glo 3g, can you provide the settings via email?
Especially login, pword, APN, etc
