Respect for building offline-first for real Nigerian schools, that sync-conflict story is the exact kind of bug you only ever meet in the field, never on your own machine. Last-write-wins on attendance is dangerous, worth looking at per-record vector clocks or server-assigned sequence numbers so a teacher's offline edits merge instead of overwrite. And when you get close to putting it on the Play Store, plan for Google's 14-day closed test with 12 opted-in testers, it catches solo devs by surprise at the finish line. Following this build.

Following this journal, the peer-to-peer squad-takeover mechanic is genuinely original and shipping it solo is no small thing. One thing to plan for early since you mentioned mobile-first: when you get to the Play Store, Google now requires a 14-day closed test with 12 real testers who stay opted in before a new personal account can publish. It stalls a lot of solo devs right at the finish line, so worth budgeting time for it before launch day. Good luck with update 4, following this thread.

For those wey never meet am: Google now says if you get a new personal developer account, you MUST find 12 testers to run your app for 14 days straight before dem go even let you publish to Play Store. No shortcut.

I don watch plenty solid Naija apps stall for this same spot — the build don ready, but you just can't gather 12 real people to install and actually use the thing for 2 weeks. Friend install am today, uninstall tomorrow, test data no complete, clock resets.

How una dey handle am?
- You dey round up friends & family beg dem make dem keep am installed?
- Anybody don pass am clean, first try?
- Wetin be the real wahala for you — finding the testers, or keeping dem for the full 14 days?

I run a tester network (9jatesters) so I dey see this pain almost every day, but I wan hear how the community dey solve am una own way. Drop your experience.
