If he must refund them they must first consider when he left Nigeria. If he left Nigeria before Tinubu regime then ₦6M naira will be multiply by 3.5 to compensate for the exchange rate conversion of then and now.

Seeing so many mentions with excuses and wrong representations of what the then FG proposed. Sorry, you lot are not sincere. The FG then did not propose that ranches should be owned by the herders, rather to be allocated and operated as each state deemed necessary.

Nigeria is not a united country, and this is a major reason we cannot achieve anything meaningful together.

This is quite different from PMB's ideas. Pmb was canvasing for cattle ranching route, in which they will have their route in all states and they can move through the route from one state to another which is still like a free range at which they can enter another farmers farm land. Unlike this particular one, you can not move beyond this 11,000 hactare of land . It's like a fenced environment.

Legally you notify your landlord your intention of quiting his property or he himself notify you to quit his property at not less than half the period of tenancy ie

1 year tenancy: notification period- 6month
3month: notification period- 45 days
6month : notification period- 3month
1month: notification period-15 days

This period will allow either of you to plan and execute a fresh arrangements.

I disagree with you. Looking back at where we were coming from, Ojulari's regime is quite exercise openenes and integrity than Mele kyari's regime. At least telling the whole Nigerian that continuous repairing the refinery is a complete wastage of resources is an applause to him. This is the refinery we will repair with $5m but we will not realize
$1m doller and the refinery is down again
