Something is definitely wrong with Chrisvicmall at the moment, placed a procurement order (TEP280) since on the 12th July, 2024. Uptill now that order has not been fulfilled, messaged customer support on the website and WhatsApp, no response, messages are deliberately not read. This is a huge red flag, people using their services should be extremely careful, things are not as they use to be, I will not tag them scammers yet, but the delay and silence is a huge red flag.

the real issue is the poor customer service. Very rude set of people on the other end of the line . Before they use to be accountable but now it’s just deal and pray it works out
