Hi. I am HR Manager in South Africa am curious abt the job market for HR practitioners in Nigeria. Wht is the average salary of an HOUR Manager or consultant?

Interestin tht most men seem to find low cut sexy....how short is considered low cut? Don't think tht it hs anythin to do wit confidence or boldness...my hair very short and its tht way cause I do not hve d time or energy to waste on doin hair...it's convenient...I wont suffer fr beauty!!
