cowleg: Hello bro,
Its good to know you have worked in the quality assurance unit of a company, what type of company did you work in pharmaceutical,food,beverage or water industries. Well i want to pick up a job as a quality assurance personel, i have some theoretical knowledge, can you specify what your work schedule was like, i mean can you find time to write in details your work schedule as a quality assurance personel. Well,firstly am a Mrs not Mr...quality assurance is quite interestin buh d duties vary dpndin on d kinda organisation...I served in a flour mill and d QA practice ther is quite diff 4rm wrkin in a printin n packagin org.buh in summary ma duties wn I was @d P&P company were:Inspected & Monitored production processes,Documented, Reviewed & Issued In-process control records,Ensured good manufacturing practices(GMP),Developed and implemented quality standard,Ensured raw material quality assurance,Carried out in-house tests that ensured product conformance with available SOP,In-stock inspections based on complaint reports and other potential quality issues,Assisted in filling complaint documentation,Managed controlled documents (Reports),Amongst odas.

Am a biochemist & graduated since 08.
av wrked as a quality assurance personnel in a company b4,buh truth be 2ld its very difficult 4 biochemists 2get gud jobs around.
2me,its nt soooo lucrative in nigeria...ther r tyms I just feel I shld av studied smtin else,infact I was evn tinkin of diversifyin wneva I wanna do ma msc...buh wit lots of posts av seen on ds thread...I may just av a rethink!!!
