This low-key shit test is called: “Guilt-tripping” or “Induced Insecurity.”

This is when a woman makes you feel like you did something wrong. Or she makes you feel like you’ve “messed up”, so you start chasing her more.

Example pattern:

She initially show high interest in you…then

- she suddenly pulls away and starts giving you the impression that she's losing interest in you.

- She starts ignoring your calls or messages without saying why.

- Even when she doesn't ignore your calls or messages; she gives you attitude and gives you short, dry responses like “ok,” “k,” or “hmm.”

The goal of this shit test (consciously or unconsciously) is to make you feel like you “messed up” somewhere somehow. So that you start trying to fix the situation…by calling her or text her multiple times, simping for her and chasing her.

Most Men fall for this shit test because it is a Trojan horse kind of shit test: you won't realize she's playing manipulative tricks on you.

One reason guys(even redpillers) easily fall for this manipulative shit test is because most guys have the mentality of being in control or trying to fix situations.
When it comes to women, we have to go against this mentality: instead of trying to control and fix situations with women, we need to think differently…

Here's what I mean…

In my simping days, when I look back at all of my past failures or mistakes with girls, I would say that 80% of the failures came from trying to fix situations when the girls started ignoring me or misbehaving.

Back then I never knew these girls were giving me the Guilt-tripping” or “Induced Insecurity” shit test. They were low-key making me feel like I did something wrong, so I can now start getting worried and start chasing them more.

Now, I'm very experienced. I understand all kinds of "Guilt-tripping” and manipulative shit tests women execute to control men.

So in order to conquer those shit test, I follow the “Do nothing” principle.

Let me explain…

A few weeks ago, I started talking to this girl I really clicked with. And honestly… I like her. She’s very beautiful, super feminine, and has the sweetest personality.

At the beginning, she showed interest in me. About three weeks ago, we had our first date…just a chill evening walking around ShopRite and vibing.

At one point, when we got a corner where no one could see us…we had our first kiss. After the kiss, I teased her saying, “Wow, you’re not a good kiss at all,” and she laughed, playfully smacked my arm, and tried to prove me wrong by saying she was just shy because this was our first kiss.

Our vibe was perfect. It got late, so I walked her to her estate gate and made sure she got in safely.

That night, I sent her a simple text on WhatsApp: “You home safe?”

Two blue ticks. Meaning, She read it. No reply.

The next day…Sunday…still no reply from her. She even posted on her WhatsApp status: a video of her whole family dressed up heading to church in her dad’s car.

So yeah… she wasn’t busy. She was intentionally ignoring me.

As an experienced guy… I instantly recognized what was happening: a classic guilt-trip shit test. She ignores the message on purpose to see if I’ll get anxious, and start to chase her by double-texting, calling, trying to “fix” things.
That’s the trap. I didn’t fall for it. I did absolutely nothing.

Three days passed. No reply from her.

But she was posting statuses daily, so she definitely was active but purposely ignoring me.

She's very beautiful chic, so at that point, most guys would start over-thinking: “What did I do wrong? Where did I mess up?” they'll be tempted to reach out and fix things… but I stayed disciplined and did nothing because I understand female manipulative games.

Two weeks later, out of nowhere, she hits me up:
“Heyyyy, sorry for the late reply… I’ve actually missed you though.”

The rest, as they say, is history.

Here’s the truth: if I had chased when she ignored me, her attraction would’ve died instantly. Instead, by following the “do nothing” principle…I gave her space to wonder, “am I not beautiful in his eyes? Why isn’t he blowing up my phone like every other guy?”

Because I did nothing, she became intrigued and curious. That’s what pulled her back in, stronger than before. Her attraction for me sky-rocket.
