You may use premium emulsion for the external and internal. They require no screeding.
You may use silk, satin or matte for internal with specialised primer with film coat thickness to allow for sandpaper.
You may also use matte with primer outside if you want a flat paint with a low sheen weather protected coat.
Matte and satin can be cleaned although silk more than satin and satin more than matte.
Silk is N40000
Satin: N35000
Matte: N27000
Premium emulsion: N15000
Workmanship depends on the size of the building.
Transport is N500 on a drum. It's ideally more than that but I add up the rest.
The full painting I handle which I forgot to mention is spray painting. I own the equipments and handle that fully.
Otherwise I just recommend painters.

I tried adding you on WhatsApp by it is not showing. Just wanted to know which one is the best if the walls are not screed . Prices, transportation and workmanship. Site is in Ibadan and would like to do it by first week of February.
