NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL owners are very stubborn bunch that won't allow that. All the owners are billionaires just like him . He can't use his wealth to intimidate them plus what about the other owners moving their teams to Mexico, Guatemala and other countries. I don't think the NFL and the city of Jacksonville will allow him to move the team to London because too much money was invested in the team.
