I am not a football analyst, just a crude observer. To beat an opponent in football is not rocket science. It depends on the coach and the players, of course they make up the team. 1. THE FIRST HALF IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE SECOND HALF: This is one of the issues of mindset. I can remember a certain commentator referring to Nigeria’s Super eagles as a second half team, and this is a consequence of we not performing in most first half of our matches. The first half is the time you have to destabilize your opponent. This was the first mistake made by Iceland, they fail to destabilize us from the first half by preferring to seat in their box and play on counter thereby allowing us to grow in confidence which begin to become evident towards the end of first half but actually materialize in the second half. Watch The video Via https://www.youtube.com/embed/6WRLLTcmmMY 2. DISPOSSESS THEM: We have dribblers and a lot of them in the Argentine National team, the likes of Dybala and Lionel Messi. But it is actually very possible to. Read More Via http://www.busygisting.com/2018/06/24/nigeria-vs-argentina-20-ahmed-musa/. Man of the moment, Ahmed Musa has said that the Super Eagles are capable of beating Lionel Messi-inspired Argentina and secure qualification to the last-16 of the 2018 FIFA World Cup holding in Russia. Musa scored two goals to down Iceland in their second group D game on Friday and believes he can do same on June 26 when Nigeria trade tackles with Argentina in the make or mar encounter. He scored two goals in Nigeria’s 3-2 loss to Argentina four years ago at the World Cup in Brazil and another two goals in Leicester’s pre-season 4-2 win over a Messi-inspired Barcelona team. “I think scoring against Argentina isn’t that difficult for me. “We know the importance of the game. It’s do-or-die,” Musa said after his Man-of-the-match performance against Iceland. A victory for the Super Eagles over Argentina will ensure automatic qualification, while a draw will leave the Super Eagles depending on the result of the Iceland vs Croatia game to be played simultaneously. But Musa believes he can help the Super Eagles beat Argentina. He said, “I can remember four years ago when Messi played in Brazil I scored two goals. Sampaoli refused to blame Messi for the inability of Argentina to pick a point from the match. “It’s not right to blame Caballero,” said Sampaoli, looking bemused during his post-match news conference. I honestly thought the plan for this match was going to put pressure on the opponent. But after the disaster of the first goal, it was tough, we were lost emotionally. Portugal will attempt to move closer to the knock-out stage on Wednesday as they take on Group B rivals Morocco at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. Fernando Santos’ side played out a thrilling 3-3 draw in their opening match against Iberian rivals Spain, with a Cristiano Ronaldo hat-trick securing a valuable point for the Selecao. They will be buoyed by that performance and no doubt eager to collect all three points against Morocco, which would set them up nicely for their final game of the group against Iran. OVERVIEW One week in and this is already gearing up to be Cristiano Ronaldo’s World Cup. Arriving in Russia with a point to prove having scored just three times overall in three previous tournaments, he doubled that tally in one game against Spain. That Portugal got a draw from a match in which Spain were largely dominant was down almost solely to him. Aside from rubbing salt in the wounds of their Iberian rivals following the sacking of Spain coach Julen Lopetegui, Ronaldo’s late equaliser puts Portugal in a strong position to qualify for the knockout stage if they beat Morocco, in just the second meeting between the two Read more Via http://www.busygisting.com/2018/06/20/match-preview-its-portugal-vs-morocco-today-prediction-team-comparison-much-more/

A couple having a fun pillow fight in bed Try these strategies for having great sex after 50. The years after you turn 50 are a time of great change, but some of the greatest changes — ones that people don’t talk about enough — relate to sex. As our bodies and minds mature and change, our relationship to sex changes, as well. This was certainly the case for me. When I was a younger woman, my sexual experiences were primarily physical expressions of passion, lust or love. Though aging brought many physical changes, I was surprised to realize that those changes had little effect on my ability to enjoy sex as I got older. The reason for that is, now that I’m in my 60s, my view of sex has evolved from merely a physical expression into something more personal, intimate and even spiritual. The physicality of sex, while still important, takes a back seat to how it feels to make a connection with my partner and to be fully present in moments of intimacy. Because of this shift, I have been able to enjoy sex more as I age, and you can, too. All it takes is a willingness to let go of judgments and try new things to accommodate the natural physical and emotional changes of aging. It may take trial and error and the courage to venture outside of your comfort zone to reinvigorate your sex life as an older person, but this process of exploration can be powerful (and very sexy) if you approach it with patience and vulnerability. Go with the flow Physical changes that accompany aging can affect the amount and kind of sex you enjoy, but you can work around many of these changes by trying new methods. According to the Read more Via http://www.busygisting.com/2018/06/14/how-to-have-the-best-sex-of-your-life/

If you have sex without using contraception, you can conceive (get pregnant) at any time during your menstrual cycle, even during or just after your period. You can also get pregnant if you have never had a period before, during your first period, or after the first time you have sex. There’s no “safe” time of the month when you can have sex without contraception and not risk becoming pregnant. But there are times in your menstrual cycle when you’re at your most fertile, and this is when you’re most likely to conceive. Understanding your menstrual cycle Your menstrual cycle begins on the first day of your period and continues up to the first day of your next period. You’re most fertile at the time of ovulation (when an egg is released from your ovaries), which usually occurs 12 to 14 days before your next period starts. This is the time of the month when you’re most likely to get pregnant. It’s unlikely that you’ll get pregnant just after your period, although it can happen. It’s very important to remember that sperm can sometimes survive in the body for up to 7 days after you have sex. Most people are aware of the importance of having a healthy blood sugar level. But a lot of people are not aware that their blood cholesterol is equally important as it plays a role in the development of diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and chronic kidney diseases. The only way to know if your blood cholesterol is high is to do a lipid profile test. People with high blood cholesterol usually don’t show any physical symptoms and may not be overweight, but they can develop a heart attack or stroke because the fatty deposits in their arteries can rupture suddenly. BELOW ARE LIFESTYLE CHANGES YOU CAN MAKE TO LOWER YOUR BLOOD CHOLESTEROL 1. Regular physical exercise, at least 3 times a week 2. Cut down on the amount of alcohol you consume (if you take alcohol). Uterine fibroids are noncancerous growths of the uterus that often appear during childbearing years. Also called leiomyomas (lie-o-my-O-muhs) or myomas, uterine fibroids aren’t associated with an increased risk of uterine cancer and almost never develop into cancer. Also See: 6 Signs and Symptoms Of Breast Cancer Uterine fibroids develop from the smooth muscular tissue of the uterus (myometrium). A single cell divides repeatedly, eventually creating a firm, rubbery mass distinct from nearby tissue. The growth patterns of uterine fibroids vary — they may grow slowly or rapidly, or they may remain the same size. Some fibroids go through growth spurts, and some may shrink on their own. Many fibroids that have been present during pregnancy shrink or disappear after pregnancy, as the uterus goes back to a normal size. Fibroids range in size from seedlings, undetectable by the human eye, to bulky masses that can distort and enlarge the uterus. They can be single or multiple, in extreme cases expanding the uterus so much that it reaches the rib cage. As many as 3 out of 4 women have uterine fibroids sometime during their lives, but most are unaware of them because they often cause no symptoms. Your doctor may discover fibroids incidentally during a pelvic exam or prenatal ultrasound. SYMPTOMS Heavy menstrual bleeding Prolonged menstrual periods — seven days or more of menstrual bleeding Pelvic pressure or pain Frequent urination Difficulty emptying your bladder Constipation Backache or leg pains CAUSES Clinicians don’t know the cause of uterine fibroids, but research and clinical experience point to these factors: 1. Most of us have experienced tummy troubles like diarrhoea and constipation at one time or the other. Unlike common tummy troubles, appendicitis is a condition that can become life-threatening if not properly managed. Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix. It occurs when the opening from the appendix becomes blocked and bacteria infects the wall of the appendix. The blockage is usually caused by thick mucus or stool that hardens and covers the appendix opening. Sometimes the blockage is caused by the lymphatic tissue of the appendix swelling. About 5% of people end up with appendicitis, this makes quickly identifying this condition essential. What are the signs and symptoms of appendicitis? The most common signs and symptoms of appendicitis in children and adults include a loss of appetite, pain around the bellybutton, abdominal tenderness, abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting, and fever. Initial signs and symptoms of appendicitis are not severe, they include nausea and/or a loss of appetite. A progression of the condition eventually leads to the main symptom, abdominal pain. The initial pain caused by appendicitis is not confined to one spot and is usually indicated by sufferers with a curricular motion of their hand around the central abdominal area. With time the pain becomes localized on the right side of the abdomen and patients can point to the exact location of the pain. The second symptom of appendicitis is a loss of appetite that sometimes progresses to nausea and Read more Via http://www.busygisting.com/2018/05/16/appendicitis-causes-symptoms-and-treatment/

Lassa Fever is an acute viral haemorrhagic infection associated with persistent high fever. This Acute disease is caused by the Lassa virus belonging to the arenavirus family (this group of viruses infect rodents and occasionally humans). Lassa Fever was first described in the 1950s and the virus was isolated in 1969 in Lassa, Nigeria. It occurs more often in the dry season, rather than in the rainy season. About 15–20% of hospitalized Lassa fever patients will die from the illness. The death rates are particularly high for women in the third trimester of pregnancy, and for fetuses, about 95% of which die in the uterus of infected pregnant mothers. The latest resurgence of Lassa Fever has seen cases reported in parts of parts of Ebonyi, Edo, Nassarawa, Ondo, Bauchi and Lagos state. Healthcare practitioners strongly advice good hygiene for preventing the infection and vigilance in spotting its symptoms. Transmission of Lassa Fever: Humans usually become infected with Lassa virus from exposure to excreta of infected rat. Lassa virus can also be transmitted between humans through direct contact with the blood, urine, faeces, or other bodily fluids of a person with Lassa Fever. Sexual transmission of Lassa virus has also been reported. Incubation Period is usually about 10 days but can range from 6-21 days. Symptoms of Lassa Fever: The illness usually starts with fever, general weakness and malaise. Other signs and symptoms are; a headache, sore throat, pain behind the breastbone, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, cough, abdominal pain and red spots. The symptoms take up to three weeks to manifest and are so mild as to be ignored in about 80% of cases. In severe cases, it may progress to swollen face, bleeding (from mouth, nose and vagina), gastrointestinal tract and low blood pressure. Death may occur within two weeks in seriously sick patients. This is due to the failure of multiple organs. The onset of the disease is usually gradual, starting with fever, general weakness, and malaise followed by headache, sore throat, muscle pain, chest pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, cough, and bleeding from mouth, nose, vagina or gastrointestinal tract, and low blood pressure. As soon as you suspect Lassa fever or you have persistent fever not responding to the standard treatment for malaria and typhoid, report to the nearest health facility. How to Prevent Lassa Fever • Discard any food parts eaten by rats. • Avoid any physical contact with rats • Keep your house and environment clean. • Avoid physical contact with anyone showing symptoms of the infection. • Cover food and water properly. • Wash your hands regularly and/or make use of hand sanitizing gel • Cook all foods thoroughly. • Avoid contact with the bodily fluids of infected persons • Block all rat hideouts.
