I absolutely disagree with you on your opinion stating Apc and David lyon (if fielded) taking over Bayelsa and that the present miracle governor is underperforming: The man Diri only paid for the sins of his Godfather as at then but presently had proven his worth and he's loved by the people across state, the handwriting is clear that be it Lyon or any other person, Apc has lost their golden chance given on a platter of gold as at then and we don't see that happening soonest again

Efforts had been made to gather info as to know if at least there may be some that might have received as we have in other states were people can attest but so far, i have not come across even one single person. Could this really be bank and network issues? , i doubt.. If not, either by chance or by luck, some some should have received across the banks; So what is now happening to the beneficiaries of bayelsa and their anticipated stipend?
