Updates:

I started following this post early this year and it gave me so much courage and passion to go on this journey as well. Couple of years ago, I completed a foundation for a four blocks of flats but abandoned it because it seemed like a journey to nowhere at the time. At one point, I even tried to contact the owner of this post for some kind of encouragement and tips but was not successful for one reason or another. Even in February this year, I posted my house plan on this platform for to assemble a team of builders and engineer to help out.

Due to the nature of my job, it was nearly impossible to go to Nigeria on my own to embark on this journey so I made a difficult decision to employ team of engineers and contractors with the help of a family member. This decision cost me a bit more than I would have spent on my own, but it was a decision that needed to be made. Today I am about 90% (just finished POP and railing) done on the project and looking to complete the entire finishing stage before end of the year.
In a nutshell, I just want to thank the owner of this post and also encourage everyone that it can be done. Cheers!

Please, can anyone give me an updated quotation of 4 flats of 3 beds. I have done foundation already so I need a quotation from foundation to decking and then decking. I have a contractor already but he’s not reliable. I am open to get an honest contractor here if possible. Thanks in advance. Please see the attached pictures for the plan. The property is in Akobo Ojurin in Ibadan. Thnks
