Yes you may click on "save and finish later". The questions are not tough...you only need to calm down completely, reason well before you respond to the questions. But...I'll advise that you answer the main questions after you had completed the practice questions. I clicked on save to finish later while doing mine...when I returned I barely spent 20mins to complete it but it recorded almost two hours for me. So learn from my experience....best luck!

abeg make una stop all this yabbings left and right. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. Its left for us to accept or reject it. We all have different mindsets, goals and different ways of gettings things done. Dadaic is entitled to his opinions and air same in good faith...we as well have our choices to make either to continue striving for our goals, or just ignore it. I wish us best luck.

Bros...Fluency is key as advertised cos you will be posted to the Northern part and you will surely communicate with Hausa speaking clients as well as English. But if you are not fluent, I'll advise that you at least fine tune your Huasa language such that you will be able to respond to questions in Hausa when time comes just for you to scale through the stage. I assume that the system is kind of programmed such a way that you will get a response almost immediately after you've completed the "Culture Questionnaire", you will be prompted for the next stage. That is the system is looking out for certain things which I do not know too. Though, I got mine after two minutes of completing the first stage. No results expected. But...I'll advise...be expectant. Good luck.

NOTE: PLEASE I DO NOT WORK WITH BAT. My summations are just conclusions I've come to based on my knowledge about the HR process and time spent applying for jobs (yes, it happened to me too! which means you WILL rise out of this state too!).
I think there is a way out though for those with the "reject" thingy on their HR Status tab.

No time limit yet...but the earlier you respond to the questionnaires, the better it is for you...You will spend at least 15mins to respond to the questionnaires. Good luck.

I got this via email last night for another cognitive assessment...who got this too? Cos I felt its just the numerical and verbal reasoning test...now there's a stage two. Maybe second chance...lol

It includes tables and charts with figures. Questions are asked based on the tables and charts facing you, not specifically sales oriented.

Its cool if they have a reliable internet service provider...avoid unreliable cyber-cafes for your own good.

Awaiting the third stage "Telephone Interview"

Yes...you will need a calculator and please in case your laptop battery is low, do not start until your laptop is fully charged. I tried the examples before my laptop battery became low...clicked on "save to finish later" only for me to come back to complete the numerical reasoning....my time was over an hour...a test that should take approximately 25mins. I hope it will not count against me sha. Good luck!

I got the email for the second stage some few minutes after completing the first stage. Check your spam/junk folders for the email.

Awaiting telephone interview.

Expected finish time is 10mins but I finished in 25mins. I'll advise that you don't stay long on it but maintain consistency in your responses.

I just applied for TMR-North at BATMN last night. Done the first stage "Cultural Assessment": for this you need to choose which is most important and least important, for each question, you will have three options...such that you ought to have 1. most important 2. Important and 3. Least important. Note that all are important but you need to prioritize them when responding. You do not need any clue per say, its just you been you and evaluating you. Goodluck! I am on the second stage..."Cognitive Assessment". But scared to start, do not know what to expect...God bless our hustle...cos for me, I seriously need a change of job right now and Sales and Marketing has been my thing. I wish you all good luck!

You can use a iPad, Tablet, Laptop with very reliable internet connection. Remember that the test is for 20 minutes, for this period, you need a very reliable device and internet connection to avoid disruptions while taking the test. All the best. Though I am yet to get the SMS and Emails. Prayer mode active.

Stop panicking and go and read your normal gmat/shl. It'll be mainly verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, abstract reasoning and maybe just a little of current affairs and sales questions.
