Hello. Abbey my advise for you is to apply to school before you finish your program and make sure you have the 2016 spring I20 with you so that you can apply for your visa by December 2015. And also about the course it depends on you which one you specialize most don't just apply to course you didn't understand

Yes, you can apply for an IT programme or computer science. Why not work on evaluating your transcript and apply for MBA? Probable switch when you get there?
