The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has sunk to an all-time low. It is astonishing that the party's leadership thought Nyesom Wike, an office holder in APC, would work towards their victory. This miscalculation is a testament to the party's poor decision-making and lack of strategic thinking.

Wike's influence over the PDP is alarming, and it's shameful that the party has allowed him to hijack its machinery. As the self-proclaimed largest party in Africa, the PDP's downward spiral is a stark contrast to its former glory.

The founding fathers of the PDP must take responsibility for the party's current state. They cannot afford to stand idly by while Wike continues to manipulate the party for his own interests. It's time for the PDP's leaders to reclaim their party and restore its integrity.
