Ahijo1990:
Pls how can a new student register on the site for GST?

new student. Msc.

I tried logging in with my matric number as username and password but I got an error message.

I am not sure what the problem could be at your end, however, I do remember that the first login uses Matric No as username and Matric No as password. When I did my first login on the portal, I entered the details in lowercase nouxxxxxxxx.
Immediately after the first login, I was asked to change my password.

I hope you are able to deal with this in good time.

Cheers

I can't login to ceags website

I just finished my TMA 2 for GST807. There are only two TMAs for the course (4 modules) this time.

All GST and STT some not yet loaded i dont know wat they re waiting for...

GST courses have been moved out to a new portal. Now, you have to watch online lectures and go through the course notes via a new portal before you qualify to take the TMA. BTW, the course name for GST 807 has changed from Good study guide to A Study Guide for the Distance Learner (GST807)

Please confirm from others.

I saw this on the school web announcement and it seems they are serious with it. https://ceagslearn.nouedu.net/

Car Talk / Re: Beware Of Bad Fuel At NNPC Mega-Stations by abbieuk: 6:12pm On Jul 05, 2014
Ikenna351: Last month, I Drove into NNPC fuel station at Zone 1, Wuse (not mega station) to refuel. Saw a guy who just bought a fuel in a white can on one of the pumps. The fuel color was dark red, meaning Lead fuel (bad for EFI system). I quickly turned round and drove out.

Unfortunately, I have been buying fuel from that station. Never knew what I was buying until that day. Now my 2 upstream sensors of my SV D9 are dead. Reason has become obvious to me.

This is obviously a result of some kind of ignorance.
FYI, almost all refined Petroleum products come out colourless. It is at the point of mass sale/storage that colour is added to each of the products for easy visual identification. The colour codes are not universal for all coys but are usually close for the same product. This explains why we sometimes you get yellowish petrol and the other is reddish. It is not lead, MAN it is only that the person that added d colour probably added too much of it. The same goes for the smell. It is usually added for identification as well. These additives do not in any way affect the octane rating of the PMS you are buying.
While I do not mean to say what you have bought is good/bad I think it isn't a bad idea to put things in the right perspective.
