this one looks like pimples or ur skin is reacting to sumpting.anyway go to d hospital and run a test then also try and include fruits and vegetables in ur diet wen u able to treat dis affliction in d hospital.fruits and vegetables does wonders to d skin plus boost ur immune system. but first of all go to d hispital.

You are right..they are spots for pimples and I do have a oily skin... please which cream do you recommend

Please who can recommend a very good skin cream for me, my heads and chest are really rough but other parts are clean. Have used a lot of expensive creams and they're really not working
