Dollar account didn't work? My bank (uba) gave me d impression dat d dollar account works for d visa payment, currently applying for card for my dollar account as I ll be making my visa fee payment in June....

Plz I ve been trying to pay for U.K. Visa fee since last week but my UBA,GTB master cards and diamond VISA cards have been declined, I ve also used a dollar account and yet no positive response!!! Can anybody help me with d new method of payment huh
