thats not the acc name,it's U.I Admission Processing Fee.You can confirm it on their website.

Account Name is U.I Admission Processing Fee Account,and mainstreet bank is same as Afribank

You can get the form in any first bank or Afribank branch even if its in london.

Also,can 2nd choice cand. register?though U.I included 2nd choice in the instructions,I found out that on the login page,no 2nd choice.only first choice is there 2 be selected.
