ShehuAba: @ all especialy dose dat scored considerably below 50 all hope is not lost. When and until d cut off cum admission list is released. Any thing said by anybody 4 now remains a speculation. U can never compare last year's admission with dis year's cos things change. Who have ever imagined dat U.I wil invyt 1st and 2nd choice 2geda in contrast 2 last year's. Who ever thought that they wil use 50:50 4 invitation in contrast to 60:40 4 previous years. Things change and i hope and pray dat d senate reduces d cutoff 4 dis year's admission. Remain BlessedThats a lie.This is not invitation of candidates,this is the final exam.no consideration of utme,elds etc.Don't give any body false hope.what I'll advice for those below 50 is that don't be optimistic,but stay tuned on the process. |

Akby: Waoooooo.... Thumbs up to the management of UI. The organisation was perfect and our answer booklet and question paper came with our names on it. Those questions were standard better than the UTME we did. Not in to argue which anwer is correct or not just dat i did my best and by His grace i claim 70+ upwards. Heard result would be out within 3 days from a reliable source. Premier university here i come and elect/elect all the wayGuy,don't post such things even if you are sure of what you wrote. |

I think UI will still invite those that werent shortlisted for change of course cos they collected the questions paper.that was what they did last year. |

Take a bus going to Abule-Egba,from there take another bus to Agege and then another to Ogba,ask for Waec office.Opposite there,a lot of retailers are there and they will print it for you on the spot.T-fare is about 200 to ogba. |

The fall-back change of course is for supplementary admission list and that is tougher.so get as high as you can get cos for the supplementary list,u will have to contend with high scoring guys from other departments. |

Akby: Get it clear guys... Once ur name is on the shortlisted list dats all stop compounding probs for ur self. Go print ur IV letter and u are good to go. The fall back course of a thing is optional. For example 'am applying into Elect/Elect dept and 115 of us were called for the interview and probably 80 wud be admitted (guessed) it means that if u are doubtn ur chances of admission in elect/elect another option is the Fall Back Course of a thing i.e come what may u have another chance of being admitted for another course. It's not compulsory cos I didn't filled it myself...I like your spirit guy plus it all depends on the number of people that pass in that department which won't be up to 50%. |

2nex: pls guys.dis fall back stoff is it compulsory nd is dr any closing date 4 it ? Are we gng 2 fill d same process we filld durng registration (scan passport,sign,o'lvl etc)? Den lastly hw can we be sure dat it wil nt affct prvious 1 we filld durng regits not compulsory but you are advised to do it. Its the same process and it involves all that you indicated it won't affect your previous registration cos UI told us its a FALL BACK course and we should fill it AFTER printing our IV.note that the IV is for our previous reg. 1 Like |
