Has anyone gone through warranty claim or gotten warranty claim for Hithium power station before? If yes please share with me how I can go about it.
My Hithium I bought and just started using about 2 months ago has started swelling up.
I guess it should be the battery. I need to claim repair or replacement.

Please how do I get warranty claim for hithium Hero EE1, I just bought from jumia and started using it for about 2 months now and have started noticing a side swelling out, I guess that's from the battery.
I don't know how I can get it fixed or replaced via warranty claim.
I have only used it for about 2 months now.
