What have we achieved with the rehabilitation program for "repentant" BH? We just see new groups/breakaway factions with various ideologies all the time. Their basic mission is territorial expansion and oppression. There's no way to negotiate that.

Sincerely, that road can make someone get old untimely, I used to live in that area before and the unbearable condition of that road made me relocate. From Àgbàdo to Ope-Ilu, the road is in shambles and from Sharp Corner to Abule too is worse. The only presence of government felt in that area is tax, rates and dues collections
