Will the Dollars bounce back

The green paper or popularly called the US$$$ has been a subject on daily  in the media relating to  it's free fall like a pack of poker card.
The US$$$ which has been the a symbol of power, fame and wealth has been ridiculed the most of recent.
The Dollar is suffering from an  undisclosed illness,

"The Euros is stronger than the Dollars" CNN
Will the Dollar bounce back to reclaim it's spot? "They take our oil and pay us back in worthless papers" Iranian president.
Celebrities that one's flaunted the Dollars are now letting the $$$$ down.
The Dollar has never been humilated like that before. As a kid all i knew about America was that $$$, I still posses some  as souvenirs.

Who will benefit or loose from this market trends? Will that lead to Eorupeans dominating the American markets with their stronger currencies?
