Yes, but he spoke about adding more countries to the list on the 29th, so far there's no concrete list of what countries will be added, but with the stupid banditry issue going on in the country. He has an excuse to add Nigeria to that list, let's just hope that doesn't happen.

I really appreciate everyone on here. Please can I use my petitioner’s American passport as a proof of citizenship? And do I have to show proof of my savings to be able to live comfortably in the USA without my joint sponsor or needing food stamps etc

From what I know, your petitioner’s valid American passport is perfectly acceptable as proof of U.S. citizenship.

As for your own savings, you generally don’t need to present them unless the consular officer specifically asks. What the embassy mainly looks at is whether your petitioner can support you or not.

Oh ok thank you, yes oh. I got my welcome letter December 2024 and dqed April 2025 and interview letter Oct 2025. The IV scheduling status tool is in January 2025 they are moving fast this year!

My PD was 2011, same category and I got DQ'd this month, hopefully we get an interview soon. Also want to ask, are you on any Whatsapp or Facebook groups for F3 visas?
