I watched a video where Fubara explicitly stated that the House of Assembly exists only because he allows it to. Is that how democracy should work? Imagine Tinubu declaring on national television that the National Assembly exists at his mercy—how would that be received? You skipped that part as a possible reason why there is serious irreconcilable differences between the Executive and the Legislative Assembly.
You would rather prefer that the legislature submits itself to the Executive! Is that how democracy is practiced in place where according to you things are properly run?
