INEC is an independent agency and the president has never interfered in the operations of the body. So, why should a partisan priest try to force the president to admit INEC is not independent?

When Giringori was pandering to only Catholic faithfuls and the Catholic church as governor by only appointing fellow Catholics into his govt and giving contracts to only fellow Catholics while donating state funds as he wishes to the same Catholic church they didn't see anything wrong despite the poverty and destitudness Giringori's govt wrecked on Anambra people, they didn't complain.
Obviously the meeting between the Catholic church led by Onaiyekan was just to ambush Tinubu and Onaiyekan already had this preplanned statement irrespective of whatever outcome the meeting would have yielded..
Imagine asking Tinubu as President to ensure all Catholic schools are handed back to the church as if it's the FG in control of those assets while everyone knows it's the governors that they should approach.
Onaiyekan, just wants his Giringori to become President so he can continue the largesse he enjoyed when Giringori was governor.
