This topic is free for all to throw in their opinions and comments. Am not forcing my research or discovery on anyone but its to notify everyone of what we can as well research on & can be confirmed has been the truth. Thanks for reading.

As we all know that the constant thing in life is Change, hence the world and innovation is known for its revolving nature. No concept, product, style, fashion etc stays forever. Improvements always set in at every sector. In construction back in the days, we were all used to cementing the interior floors of our Homes, Offices etc but when Tiles was introduced to do market, it took a gradual process for everyone to accept it. As time passed by, Tiles became generally accepted, it became everyone's choice when it comes to flooring interior floors.

3D Floors is now in vogue and with more benefits to offer Homes, Offices, Churches, Event Centers, Shopping Malls, etc than Tiles.

These are the comparison research erupted between 3D Floors & Tiles:

1) Tiles are made from Clay hence if heavy hard substance or object falls on top, it will surely break or crack. While 3D floor is a layed design with several coatings part of which is Epoxy (Epoxy is 10 times harder than concrete when it dries up) on top of a cemented or German floor hence, it has very high impact resistance.

2) Tiles come with coatings of limited designs or patterns hence we are limited to what the market has to offer but 3D Floors come with limitless, uncountable I mean millions of designs and floor or project customization. The beauty is that any Name, Image, Picture, Football Logo or Company Logo can be inserted on the floor in 3D format.

3) Tiles has little or no warranty because it can break anytime while 3D floor comes with sure 20 - 30 years warranty, after which re-coatings are done and its bright again for another 20 - 30 years or the design is changed to another one.

4) 3D Floors are easier and quicker to fix compared with Tiles.

5) Tiles and 3D floors both has grip, Anti-crash and can be washed normally with Mop.

Thank you Sir - @1Segzy, but you can't really blame us but the country. The instability & high exchange rate is really affecting our business infact all businesses. 80% of the materials we use especially for the 3D floors are imported which we buy from Importers. In addition, the above price isnt static, it might change in few days due to the cost of materials in the market.

But notwithstanding, do we expect calls from you to handle some projects or contracts for you this month Sir?

We use strictly Imported materials for our jobs and not local hence, we charge:

For Within Lagos:
* #10,000 per square meter for 50-150sqm floor,
* #9,500 per square meter for 150-250sqm floor,
* #9,000 per square meter for 250-350sqm floor,
and so on.

For Outside Lagos:
* We charge #1,000 extra for logistic purpose.

Note: Prices are still negotiable if it's a large project/compound.
