RESPONSE:
I need a design plan of a bungalow of 2 bedroom flat and 2 separate room and parlour self contained flat as setback on a full plot of land 120/60.

The 2 bedroom will have 3 toilets and 2 baths
• An entry porche

• A large living room with dinning (standard)

• A standard masters bedroom

• While the other room have its own toilet and bath

• Then A visitors toilet

• A lounge

• Kitchen and store

• An exit door with sit out at the kitchen area.

The two self contained will have 1 toilet and a bath each and an exit through the kitchen.

Like I said above, the land measures 120 by 60 ft and it is somewhere around Agbara on a dry land.

I want this building to be setback so that I still have a large space at the front for future development.
