Even if you want to use the laptop for desktop publishing only,don't but that Pentium processor laptop,with 1.1 GHz speed,that's disaster. Go for intel core 5 at least, preferably go for intel core 7, 8gb ram,and at least 1gb dedicated graphics(Too small), preferably go for 2gb dedicated graphics.
That laptop there can't do heavy graphics or programming, doubt it can play some high resolution videos even

I don't know much about computers but I want to buy one and learn a skill.
Could be data science/Analysis, graphic design or UI/UX design.
