details on that pic are not clear enough... you didnt state the name of the pc. the model. all this information are needed to know if it will be good for your work or not.

Even if you want to use the laptop for desktop publishing only,don't but that Pentium processor laptop,with 1.1 GHz speed,that's disaster. Go for intel core 5 at least, preferably go for intel core 7, 8gb ram,and at least 1gb dedicated graphics(Too small), preferably go for 2gb dedicated graphics.
That laptop there can't do heavy graphics or programming, doubt it can play some high resolution videos even

You need one with a dedicated graphic card to be on the safe side

Try to top up your savings and get a proper laptop for the exact situation of its intended use. If the prices in the market arr too much for you then you can opt to buy from someone who wishes to sell his/her personal used unit for a cheaper price.

I will sell mine to you at N80k and that is mainly because you will need to buy a replacement battery. The one in it currently lasts just below 10mins (enough to save your work only) . The battery is N10k in the market. The system is still clean and sharp too.
