It was Anyawu's signature that PDP used to inform INEC of a convention.

The person who supposedly wrote the letter cried out last month (October 2025) that he did not write or sign any letter and even provided evidence to DSS that his signature was forged.

Makinde and co can claim they have suspended Anyanwu at their own convention but the convention itself was legal because Anyawu the recognised PDP National Secretary informed INEC of a convention.

You can see why INEC did not show up.

INEC cannot just change party exco without a valid convention. If Anyawu says the letter is fake and INEC did not attend or recognise the convention then the Ibadan show is a facade.
