Tecno is a very bad it still has a primitive chip set. They just use ram and Rom to deceive people that don't know much about phones. Tecno will still hang. Chip is the most important thing to look at if you want a smooth going phone, Look for a phone with snapdragon 865 and above chipset your phone will rarely ever hang.

Go for snapdragon. Even their lower quality chips are still better than these new Google chips you can check YouTube. Snapdragon rarely hangs.

Buy oraimo. Their customer care service is very top notch. If you don't like it or you find any fault you can easily return it and get a new one. And their power banks are strong if not faulty. I advice you go for the 50000mah one.

nah I felt guilty I judged them too quickly. I thought all their power banks are like that. That's why I had to apologize cos I said in the previous thread that no one should buy their power banks.

I created a thread before about their power bank that I ordered it from the store and it was acting like a timer and going to zero after being used to a certain percentage. Then I called their customer care and they collected it back and gave me a new one. This new one is marvelous. The percentage is actually real I just tested it fully. I have used it heavily for 4 days and the percentage is at 9% now. Though some of their products are faulty, not all are. I am very impressed with their customer care service and also the power bank quality. Please buy Oraimo Power Banks I'm sorry for the previous thread.

factory reset your phone that's how I fixed mine. The updates are too heavy for the device. There are hidden background running apps that comes with the update that drains your battery. Even when you aren't using the phone.
