Comparing these two cars, the GL450 is more comfortable, consumes more fuel and is more expensive to maintain.
The GL has more bells and whistles, it it a luxurious car. Don't bother buying the GL if you are still interested in fuel economy.

Cars from different classes. GL is a family/off-road tank that replaced the ML. Crosstour is an Accord wagon, basically.

While there's a difference in car technologies between 2008 and 2013, the GL will still be more luxurious than a Crosstour, especially since its generation began in 2008 or so.

You're probably shelling out 7M or so for these, I expect maintenance isn't such a big deal. Get the GL. Get a mecho with all necessary equipment, too.
