Hmm well i think because the catholic church is on the ground that Jesus said on this rock will i build my church doesn't mean Jesus categorically stated that he had created a church named catholic. The church is a body of Christ without a name.....all we now have are denominations. and as for all the saving from Muslim invaders God himself did that so no church should ascribe the glory...although God might have used them. Beware because they did not write the bible! don't be fooled. we can say compile....but they didn't write!

Well this good good of the catholic pastor as he spoke without condemning....but i want to say why should he say catholic is the mother church?
