2. For someone on study visa planning to get green card by investment. Is it possible to go into investing with student visa?
And what type of investments are allowed, agribiz, real estate, etc. ?

1. Yes, she as to apply for a F2 visa

2. Yes, I believe you can apply for the EB2 (investment) visa when you're in the US already The minimum investment is $500k and there are other requirements like employing a number of American citizens, etc.

For all visa hopefuls, I like to recommend that you visit US EMBASSY NIGERIA Facebook page and watch some videos of VOs clearly orientatating viewers on f1 visa. I saw about three of d 'live of facebook' videos and they really helped my understanding a great deal. I thank God for this thread...it is one of the best things to have ever happened through a Nigerian.

I want to reapply and the appointment page is asking me to choose if I have either been interview between 6 month or not. If I choose I have been interviewed,it won't bring out any date for,it will say no date available but if I choose regular, it will bring out date. I kept on refreshing d page and now its saying my maximum limits for d day is over till tomorrow.
And if I pick regular, it was written there that I will be denied for misrepresentation.
My fear is I have only 3days before my receipt number is blocked by d embassy and one day is gone already,please when can I likely do the appointment that I will be able to get a date.
