Please, I need URGENT ADVICE/HELP on use of agent for Canadian permanent residency processing. I have goner through an agent, who collected so much from me but my ECA is yet to be concluded due to delay from LASU in sending my MBA transcript to WES, other qualifications are sent and verified already but the agent said my previous payments have expired, that I need to pay another charge before being allowed back on the Canadian portal. WHAT DO I DO AT THIS JUNCTION?

IS IT NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ENTER THECANADIAN PORTAL MYSELF? IF YES, PLEASE, KINDLY PROVIDE LINK FOR SUCH.

I have my POF ready, my IELTS result ready as well, just my MBA transcript from LASU is causing delay.
